Shipping policy

At The Si Experience (LaidBySi), we provide high-quality custom wigs, bundles, closures, and hair care products. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Processing Time (Before Shipping or Pickup)
- Custom Wigs: Made-to-order and require 21 business days for processing after (1) payment is received in full, (2) all customization details are confirmed, and (3) the Wig Authorization Form is completed and approved. Rush service may be available for an additional fee and must be approved prior to purchase.

Bundles / Closures / Hair Products: Orders typically process within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Note: Some bundle/closure orders may require vendor sourcing. Processing times may extend due to supply availability or vendor lead times.
Processing times are estimates and may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to supply availability.
Shipping Time & Rates (After Processing)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
- Domestic (U.S.): Estimated 2–5 business days after shipment (carrier-dependent)
- International: Estimated 7–21 business days after shipment (carrier and customs-dependent)
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Hold for Appointment / Local Pickup (If Offered at Checkout)
If you select Hold for Appointment or Local Pickup, your order will not be shipped. You will receive your items at your scheduled appointment or pickup time.
- Customers must present a valid ID and/or order confirmation at pickup/appointment.
- Orders are considered fulfilled when released to the customer at pickup/appointment.
Signature Requirement (All Shipped Orders)
A signature is required for delivery on all shipped orders, including wigs, bundles, closures, and hair products. If the carrier cannot obtain a signature, delivery may be rescheduled, held, or returned according to the carrier’s policies.
International Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees required by their country. These fees are not controlled by The Si Experience and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders ship to the exact address provided. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
Carrier Delays, Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or carrier errors. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim and/or initiate an investigation.
Damage Claims (Carrier Responsibility)
We do not handle damage claims. If your package arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We can provide basic shipment details (tracking information), but all damage claims must be resolved with the carrier.
No Cancellations or Changes
All orders are final once placed. No cancellations, changes, edits, or address updates will be accepted under any circumstances. Please review your cart, shipping address, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
