Shipping & Processing Policy

At The Si Experience, aka LaidBySi, we are committed to providing high-quality custom wigs, hair extensions, and hair care products. Please review our Shipping & Processing Policy before placing your order. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:
Processing Time
• Custom Wigs:
All custom wigs are made-to-order and require 21 business days for processing before shipping. Processing time begins once your payment has been received in full, all customization details are confirmed and the wig authorization form is completed. Rush orders are available for an additional fee and must be approved before placing your order.
• Hair Extensions & Hair Products:
Orders for hair extensions and hair care products typically process within 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Time & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays once your package has been handed over to the carrier. If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will assist in tracking your package, but we are not liable for packages lost due to carrier errors or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders will be shipped to the exact address provided. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for the package once it is shipped.
Signature Requirement
All wig & hair extensions orders will require a signature upon delivery to ensure the package is received safely.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, no cancellations or changes can be made if the processing period has already begun.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of custom wigs, hair extensions, and hair products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Chargeback Disclaimer
By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping & Processing Policy. Chargebacks or payment disputes will be considered fraudulent if services were rendered or products were shipped. Proof of signed agreements, tracking numbers, and communication records will be submitted to dispute any unauthorized claims.
